Well-bred filly who was bought by Rae Guest for just 4,000gns from Shadwell before she even made the track. Fauvette, a dashing grey daughter of Dark Angel, is bred to be useful and was heavily punted on debut at Wolverhampton at the start of the month. She showed inexperience that day, but still looked the most likely winner turning for home and was eventually just outbattled by race-fit rivals. She is taken to get the job done at the second time of asking.
