Chichen Itza is the trainer's first two-year-old sent to the track this season, and can continue Stoute's excellent record.

A promising fourth on debut at Leicester, Chichen Itza was behind Kick On Girl and Iconic Look, who upheld the form when finishing first and second at Haydock at the weekend.

Richard Kingscote rides Chichen Itza for the first time, and the jockey also has a great record at Newcastle, with a 21 per cent strike-rate (five from 24) on juveniles at the course for the last five years. All signs point to a big run.
