The Evening Punt: David Baxter with a Lingfield tip after a 5-1 winner yesterday

Eyecatcher

Amiga Meu (7.30 Lingfield)

It's a shame there's only six runners for this fillies' novice as Amiga Meu would rate as a good each-way play, but instead the hope is she might prove a completely different proposition on her second start.

Her debut at Chepstow last month was a non-event as she missed the start and forfeited too much ground to ever be able to recover.

However, she has been found a decent opportunity to leave that behind as I'm not convinced that the two main runners with form are anything out of the ordinary.

Profound Alexander is a five-race maiden with a mark of 80, while Adaay In Asia is a winner, with a mark of 72.

There are plenty of winners in Amiga Meu's pedigree and I think she can get involved here.
