Nap of the day: best horse racing tips from the day's three meetings

Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Curragh

4.35: Riot

Riot (nap) looked like he could make up into a nice sprinter when third over 6f at Dundalk on debut for Johnny Murtagh and, after posting a solid display over 7f last time, he looks worth a try over the minimum. Strong Johnson deserves to carry topweight while Jon Riggens, who didn't perform to market expectation on handicap debut in the Bold Lad, is worth another shot. Arnhem ran a big one in the Bold Lad and should be involved while That's Mad has been earmarked for this race all season and might sneak a place.
Brian Sheerin

Epsom

3.25: Berrahri

With three wins in his last five starts and two over C&D in his last three outings, the ten-year-old Berrahri (nap) is going great guns and he can go in again, perhaps at the chief expense again of Aced It who was on his heels in the Jump Jockeys Derby last time out. Kinderfrau is unexposed and could be capable of better, so she is third on the list.

Ffos Las

3.45: Nadein

All of the others have proved themselves in handicaps and can be given a fair chance but the potential of handicap debutante Nadein (nap) can win the day. Damned Elusive may provide the most resistance.
