BANKER

Miss Heritage(5.15 Ludlow)

David Elsworth does really well with his limited bumper horses (trained an easy winner on debut last week) and Miss Heritage can add another victory to the trainer's record in the Ludlow finale. The four-year-old daughter of Pour Moi absolutely bolted in on her debut last year at Taunton on heavy ground, showing a really nice turn of foot in the process, before being touched off in similarly testing conditions at Towcester when carrying a penalty. This better ground is guaranteed to help her based on her pedigree and further improvement this season is expected.

EYECATCHER

Keswick (7.40 Kempton)

You have to be impressed by the way Heather Main's four-year-old Keswick kicked clear around the bend at Lingfield last time out, I certainly was. Held up early, the son of Dansili showed a really nice turn of foot to pass a number of rivals as the turned for home – not the most economical move to make – and stayed on stoutly to the line to win comfortably. He covered a lot more ground than many in that race and is value for more than the winning distance. He's up 7lb for that effort but I'm confident he's better than a 76-rated individual and this longer straight certainly plays to his strengths.
