The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with one to follow on Friday

IRISH ANGLE

Stronghold(6.00 Dundalk)

Trainer Joseph O'Brien is extremely prolific on the all-weather at Dundalk (2-7 in 2019, 36 winners here in 2018) and he sends out this unexposed four-year-old who could be absolutely chucked in off his initial handicap mark of 68. A €110,000 yearling purchase back in 2016, Stronghold hasn't delivered as of yet but he showed plenty of promise in two turf maidens before finding 7f far too stiff on his first run here. He's unsurprisingly stepped back up in trip today, has a nice draw in stall three and the early 9-4 may look like serious value come the off.
