Sunday's free racing tips: our experts give their best bets of the day

Handicappers' nap

Flowing Clarets (5.20 Goodwood)

Showed very little this year but slipped down to nice mark and signs of return to form when third on the all-weather last time. Better expected back on turf.
Sam Walker

Newmarket nap

Jovial (3.25 Yarmouth)

Ran a credible first race when third at Chelmsford recently and fancied to collect on her first start on turf for Sir Michael Stoute.
David Milnes

Eyecatcher

Espresso Freddo (3.35 Goodwood)

Attracted support when third last time and would have likely given the winner plenty more to think about in a more strongly run affair. Has fallen onto a dangerous mark.
Raceform

Our analysts from Raceform find eyecatchers at all meetings in the UK and Ireland, every day. Essential subscribers can read their expert view on every race

Ace Tipster

Surrey Blaze (5.50 Goodwood)

Bit too keen over hurdles for Dan Skelton but back with his former trainer and the faster the ground the better. Meanwhile Megan Nicholls has been in tremendous form of late.
Tom Segal

Spotlight nap

Harry Love (3.15 Beverley)

Successful in novice auction over course and distance last time and has a workable opening mark.
Steve Boow

Dark horse

Storm Lightning (6.00 Beverley)

Kevin Frost's ten-year-old ran with real credit when collared late on last time out and a 2lb drop looks generous. He's now 5lb below his last winning mark and he could go well at a big price.
Ben Harris

Must-have stat of the day

Protected Guest has had five starts at Yarmouth and of the four over at least a mile, he's won three and finished third in the other. He goes for the 2.50 at that venue, run over 1m2f, a race he won last year.
