No Under-21 managers have long to work with their squads so club combinations may be key and that puts Sylvain Ripoll's outfit at an advantage.

For Juventus he scored six times in just 553 minutes in the season which has just finished and he notched regularly at every international age group, progressing to the national team.

He has two goals in three senior caps and if Italy can use home advantage to its maximum, Kean could benefit most from an elegant midfield.
