Dortmund keen to handle cup upstarts

Magdeburg defied a two-division gulf to beat Augsburg in the last round of the cup and have won 12 of their last 14 matches.

The second of those two losses – 3-0 at home to Unterhaching – was on Saturday when coach Jens Hartel rested a lot of players.

Free-scoring Dortmund are without a win in three but will be close to full-strength for a tie they are keen to win.
