The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with two to follow on Sunday
BANKER
Via Vittoria(2.45 Market Rasen)
This mare was well backed on her debut last year and ran a promising second behind a horse I have followed to date in Meep Meep. After a below-par hurdling debut at Chepstow, Via Vittoria has performed well the last twice when filling the runner-up berth in novice company and could be chucked in on handicap debut off a mark of 116.
EYECATCHER
Battle Of Ideas(3.35 Huntingdon)
Colin Tizzard's six-year-old is often well supported but hasn't lived up to his reputation yet and has clearly been disappointing since switching to fences at the beginning of the season. However, he has travelled well the last twice but a bad mistake curtailed his chance, and the drop back to 2m4f looks in his favour. This is by his easiest assignment to date over fences and it is certainly a positive that Tizzard has booked the in-form Harry Cobden to ride.
