Took a couple of starts to get the hang of the racing game but then looked a three-year-old colt to follow when rattling off a hat-trick with wins at Nottingham, Windsor and Newmarket between June and August, showing a good attitude in the process. He was disappointing when stepped up in class for the Beverley Silver Cup last time out but I'm happy to put a line through that run. He has run well on the all-weather and although I'm not sure this step up in trip will necessarily bring out further improvement, he has plenty of upside against mainly exposed rivals.
