This year's edition of the River Don is super competitive, but the value for each-way punters could prove to be Pats Fancy for trainer Rebecca Curtis. With just four starts to his name, this six-year-old is open to plenty of further improvement and looked a stubborn stayer when he plugged on powerfully for second at Cheltenham on his first attempt at 3m last time. His previous Ffos Las victory got a form boost last weekend when runner-up Gladiateur Allen came home in front at Ascot.
