The experienced Silver Kitten and twice-placed Wonderful World set a reasonable standard in this novice event, but I was taken by Suanni's debut run at Lingfield and want to chance him with further improvement likely. The Darryll Holland-trained colt endured a troubled trip over 5f but quickened nicely to get into contention and was perhaps unlucky not to enter the winner's enclosure. There are question marks about this track and the step up in trip, but he could be a class above in terms of talent.
