Signposts Sweetspots: True Companion can enhance Henderson’s great record

Over the past five seasons Nicky Henderson has had 25 winners from 59 runners, at a 42 per cent strike-rate, with horses making their first start for him having switched from another stable. True Companion (5.40 Bangor) can enhance that record.

At Windsor William Haggas and James Doyle have individual strike-rates of 27 and 20 per cent. However, that rises to 60 per cent when they combine. They do so with the 190,000 guineas newcomer Luxor (6.00).

Jason Hart has ridden three winners from just four rides at Windsor at strike-rate of 75 per cent. His only ride is Shaheen (7.00).
