Rosy Ryan was first and second in the 2017 and 2015 renewals of the 4.35 and will not mind the ground easing. He is 4lb lower than for last year’s win and looked to be returning to form last time.

Jamie Spencer is on fire at the moment (15-39 last 14 days) and makes the trip from Epsom to Chelmsford for one ride. Lush Life (6.50) won her only start last year and could defy the penalty.
