Sandown Placepot picks: Paul Kealy provides his perm for a star-studded card

There may be only ten in Sandown's opener (1.15) but it looks one of the tougher races for Placepot purposes, so I'll start off with three.

Statement is the clear form pick in the next (3.00) on her Fred Darling second, but she hasn't come close to reproducing it and has nothing in hand on any of her other runs, so is worth kicking out.

didn't seem to stay 1m2f last time but she's got a bit of a knee action and might prefer the cut in the ground that looks likely here. Her half-brother Beat The Bank certainly did.

is the William Haggas second string on jockey bookings, but she has better form than Ready To Venture, who might not run if the ground is considered too soft.

The Coral-Eclipse (3.35) comes next and I don't have enough confidence to kick out any of the main three given only one place is available.

That just leaves a tricky finale (4.10) but ground conditions could well have come right for by then, while is not one to trust for win purposes but should be on the premises.
