Shadow Warrior (8.00 Windsor, nap)

May have needed the run after six months out when third to Francis Xavier at Doncaster this month. Paul D'Arcy's charge has since worked well on the watered gallop.

North: Colin Russell

Scottsdale (8.50 Nottingham, nap)

Dual bumper winner who has been well beaten in three starts on the Flat. However, starts life in handicaps off a fair mark and with the step up in trip in his favour, is fancied to fare a great deal better this time.

Others to follow

Bailarico (8.50 Nottingham, nap)

Jumps ace Warren Greatrex seems to have the taste for the Flat, operating at a 45 per cent strike-rate this term. This five-year-old has contributed two wins to that haul and looks set to go close again with ground to suit.

Others to follow
Nottingham 5.50 Quiet Waters, 6.50 Puds, 7.20 Perfect Quest, 7.50 Isle Of Man.
Windsor 6.00 Tiar Na Nog, 6.30 Improvising, 7.30 Blitz, 9.00 Rock Eagle.

West Country: Tim Mitchell

Bakht A Rawan (7.20 Nottingham, nap)

Has won at the track in the past and things are expected to pan out in his favour in this small field.

Others to follow
Windsor 6.00 Biotic 7.30 Titus Secret 8.00 Secret Return.

Racing Post Ratings: Simon Turner

Ingleby Hollow (4.45 Ayr)

Has returned in great form this year, finishing runner-up twice and winning once. He's on a mark he can win off and any rain won't be a problem.

Topspeed: Dave Edwards

Ingleby Hollow (4.45 Ayr)

A winner over course and distance, he has been in fine form his term and could again be in the shake-up.

Longshot: Olly Eden

Olympic Odyssey (7.50 Nottingham)

Has been running green but displayed minor promise in his first three starts. The application of first-time blinkers may sharpen him up and a better run may be on the cards with Silvestre de Sousa booked on this handicap debut – it doesn't look a particularly strong contest.

Ireland: Tony O'Hehir

Lethal Promise (5.40 Naas)

After two solid performances, the Willie McCreery-trained daughter of Invincible Spirit can come good at the third attempt. Runner-up over today's five furlong trip on her debut at the Curragh, she split Just Wonderful and Gossamer Wings over six furlongs at the same track last month.

Tallinski (6.20 Nottingham)

The sire Mayson is eight from 27 (30 per cent, +£17.50) with his offspring at Nottingham. His only runner there today, Tallinski in the 6.20, has won his only start at the track.
