Dynamite Dollars can continue excellent weekend for Nicholls

North: Richard Young

Ribble Valley (4.00 Cheltenham, nap)

Created a really good impression when bolting up at Ayr on his debut this month and looks ready for this step up in grade. Open to plenty of improvement and fancied to give a good account.

Others to follow
Cheltenham: 1.15 Gray Day, 2.25 Forest Bihan, 3.00 Nietzsche.

Lambourn: Nick Deacon

Deyrann De Carjac (3.00 Cheltenham)

Most unexposed runner in this competitive handicap, but has always been highly regarded by Alan King, and looks worth taking a chance with off his lightweight.

Others to follow
Cheltenham: 1.15 Follow The Bear, 1.50 Claimantakinforgan, 2.25 Sceau Royal, 3.30 Itchy Feet, 4.00 Hold The Note.
Fontwell: 12.55 Lisp, 2.40 Morney Wing.

West Country: Andrew King

McFabulous (4.00 Cheltenham, nap)

Overcame inexperience to score going away on his debut at Chepstow and can build on that performance again.

Others to follow
Cheltenham: 1.15 The Dellercheckout, 1.50 Defi Du Seuil, 2.25 Le Prezien, 3.00 Old Guard, 3.30 Colonel Mustard.
Fontwell: 12.25 Solstice Twilight, 12.55 And The New, 1.30 Mahler's First, 2.40 Wizards Bridge, 3.15 Kalarika, 3.50 Mortens Leam.

Racing Post Ratings: Steve Mason

Nietzsche (3.00 Cheltenham, nap)

Narrowly beaten in the 2017 Fred Winter and sixth in this race off an 11-pound higher mark last year, he shaped with promise on the Flat at Newmarket earlier this month and could go close at a decent price.

Topspeed: Dave Edwards

Dynamite Dollars (1.50 Cheltenham)

His time shone like a beacon when romping home on his chasing bow at Market Rasen last month and it will take an exceptional performer to lower his colours.

Longshot: Sam Hardy

Charli Parcs (3.00 Cheltenham)

Had his preferred ground only once last season when fourth in the Scottish Champion Hurdle but can go well in this competitive race for his in-form yard.

Ireland: Tony O'Hehir

Malone Road (3.55 Punchestown)

Winner of his only point-to-point, the Gordon Elliott-trained four-year old was most impressive on his bumper debut at Down Royal this month and can follow up under Jamie Codd.

The Raceform Interactive nugget

Paul Nicholls has won six out of the last ten runnings of the Racing Post Arkle Trophy Trial (1.50). Dynamite Dollars can follow in the footsteps of Al Ferof, Dodging Bullets and Le Prezien, who have all won this 2m contest for him.
