The mare's previous two starts had been over 2m and she clearly appreciated the longer 2m3½f on this handicap debut. She was outpaced three out but then knuckled down well for pressure and stayed on strongly from the second-last. On this evidence she will be more effective granted a stiffer test of stamina and seems on a fair mark, which she could exploit soon given her stable has hit peak form following a quiet spell.
