Sisters to Breeders' Cup Mile winner Expert Eye and the ill-fated 2019 Derby hero Anthony Van Dyck will make their debuts for the Juddmonte and Coolmore operations on Thursday.

The Sir Michael Stoute-trained Invigilate is the sixth foal out of the winning Dansili mare Exemplify - a half-sister to dual 1,000 Guineas heroine and Cheveley Park winner Special Duty - and sets out to follow in her brother Expert Eye's footsteps in the six-furlong juvenile fillies' maiden at HQ (1.20).

Expert Eye's finest hour came on his last start for Stoute when sweeping to victory at Churchill Downs in 2018, but the son of Acclamation had also produced scintillating victories in the Vintage, Jersey and City of York Stakes to go alongside a handful of Group 1 placings.

The six-year-old retired to Banstead Manor Stud for the 2019 breeding season and his first yearlings will go through the ring this year.

Brother and sister hail from a famed family that also includes the brilliant Bobby Frankel-trained duo of Sight Seek and Tates Creek, both multiple Grade 1 scorers.

Invigilate is set to face 11 rivals on her racecourse debut, including Frankella, a daughter of Frankel and Juddmonte International victress Arabian Queen, and Snooze N You Loose, a Ribchester half-sister to the stakes-winning Vintage Stakes runner-up Zaman.

The opening seven-furlong juvenile fillies' maiden at Leopardstown (4.40) will witness the introduction of another blue-blooded newcomer in Coolmore's Twinkle.

Twinkle is the fifth foal out of Believe'N'Succeed, an Exceed And Excel sister to Australian Group 2-winning sprinter and Starfield Stud resident Kuroshio.

The two-year-old's sadly deceased brother won six of his 19 starts for Aidan O'Brien, including the Epsom Classic and Futurity Stakes. Having placed in a further seven Group/Grade 1 races around the world, the son of Galileo was then fatally injured in last year's Melbourne Cup.

The pair are also half-siblings to New Zealand Group 1 winner Bounding, a daughter of Lonhro who was a hugely consistent and talented performer in Australia and New Zealand.

Among Twinkle's 14 rivals are Moyglare Stud homebred Homeless Songs, by Frankel and out of the stakes-winning Dubawi mare Joailliere - a half-sister to the high-class Carla Bianca - and the once-raced Aga Khan Karkiyna, by Caravaggio and out of a winning half-sister to dual French Group 3 scorer Karaktar.

On a day where well-related debutantes are set to steal the show, the Karl Burke-trained Adabbah makes more of a low-key debut at Doncaster (2.50).

Bred by Camas Park, Lynch Bages & Summerhill, the three-year-old is a sister to July Cup and Middle Park winner Ten Sovereigns, who is now a stallion at Coolmore.

A 320,000gns sale to Magnolia Bloodstock at Tattersalls Book 1, the daughter of No Nay Never then went for $350,000 when selling to Promenade Bloodstock at last year's Ocala Spring Sale.

She is the sixth foal out of the winning and stakes-placed Exceed And Excel mare Seeking Solace - a half-sister to Meydan Group 2 runner-up Flash Fire - and is also related to two further winners in Eden Quay and Trailboss.
