There is a very well-known fairytale about unusually-shaped feet and a young lady who eventually goes on to wear a crown.

Princess Zoe has become a Cinderella story for Irish racing, having overcome some lowly expectations and the comparative rags of a 64 handicap rating to earn her rightful place at the ball.

In order to start her first chapter, it seems almost too good to be true that we must head to the forests of central Germany and a wondrously-named farm - inspiration for the Brothers Grimm if ever there was.
