Tattersalls Ireland and Goresbridge have unveiled a total of 211 entries for Ireland's only breeze-up sale, which takes place at Fairyhouse for the first time this year following a 13-year stint in County Kilkenny.
All lots will breeze from midday at Fairyhouse on Thursday, May 23 and will be available to view across the road at the Tattersalls Ireland sales complex, with the auction getting under way on Friday, May 24 from 10am.
Among the standout lots in the catalogue is a Anjaal half-sister to Grade 1 juvenile winner Capla Temptress (lot 118), part of the 14-strong draft to be presented by Mocklershill.
The filly hails from the first crop of July Stakes winner Anjaal, a son of Bahamian Bounty who commands a €5,000 fee at Rathasker Stud and whose first yearlings sold for up to 100,000gns last year.
Capla Temptress won her two starts at two and went on to win the Natalma Stakes at Woodbine that September.
The same consignor also offers a No Nay Never filly (131) out of the Invincible Spirit mare Spiritual Flame and from the same family as Group 1-winning miler and sire Excellent Art.
She is a half-sister to ill-fated juvenile winner Bullington Bandit, by Canford Cliffs, while the mare was a dual winner at two.
Kodiac is among the leading sires represented, with five juveniles in the catalogue, among them a half-brother (72) to Group 3 Prestige Stakes third Zifena, offered by Tally-Ho Stud, and a half-brother (116) to the Goodwood Group 3 scorer Maid Up, consigned by Friars Lough Stables.
Frankel filly East sold for a record €315,000 at last year's Goresbridge Breeze-Up Sale, and went on to win in Group company and finish second in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf at Churchill Downs.
