Ascot November and December Sales cancelled due to Covid concerns
Vendors directed towards alternative events in Newmarket
Tattersalls have announced the cancellation of the Ascot November and December sales due to the ongoing challenges of Covid-19.
The event tends to attract a mixed catalogue and consignors selling horses in training have the option of entering the Tattersalls Autumn Horses In Training Sale, held from October 26-30 at Park Paddocks. Entries close on September 7.
Breeding stock candidates are being guided towards the Tattersalls December Mares Sale, which takes place from November 30 to December 3 and is taking entries until September 14.
The Ascot sales complex has not staged a live auction this year, and the Ascot Yearling Sale will now take place at Newmarket on September 7.
Tattersalls will announce the dates for its 2021 sales scheduled in Berkshire in the coming months.
