Goffs UK have confirmed 16 entries for the Goffs UK Aintree Sale with 13 pointers and Navan bumper winner Fiddlerontheroof set to follow Grand National entries Don Poli and Outlander into the ring after racing on Thursday, April 4.

Colin Bowe will offer Papa Tango Charly, a son of No Risk At All who was a convincing four-length winner of a Liscarroll maiden on Sunday, while Josh Ryan will consign Adrimel, a French-bred son of Tirwanako who also opened his account at the first time of asking at Ballyarthur this month.

Minella Trump, the winner of a five-year-old geldings' maiden at Ballycahane this month, will be shipped over to Aintree by the same John Nallen who brought this month's Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle hero Minella Indo through the ranks.

Meanwhile the John Joe Walsh-trained Fiddlerontheroof gave jockey Harry Swan - son of former rider and trainer Charlie Swan - his second win under rules when winning a Navan bumper just over a week ago, and he will be sold by the Hyde family's Camas Park Stud.

Since the inaugural sale in 2016, three Grade 1 winners have emerged from the sale including Samcro, who topped the first ever edition when selling for £335,000, and this month's RSA Chase winner Topofthegame.

The lure of buying a festival winner at the Aintree Sale was very much in evidence last April when sale graduate Black Op won his first Grade 1 in the Mersey Novices' Hurdle.
