Sea The Stars increased to €150,000 at Gilltown after another Group 1 year

The trajectory of Sea The Stars increases ever upwards with the Aga Khan Studs announcing that his fee at Gilltown will be raised to €150,000 for next year.

Invincible during his three-year-old career, the son of Cape Cross has been equally adept at stud.

Priced at €135,000 for the last two seasons, he has had four Group 1 winners during this campaign, headed by Classic filly Star Catcher, extraordinary stayer Stradivarius, Crystal Ocean and Australian miler Shraaoh.

King of the Aga Khan's French branch, Haras de Bonneval, is Siyouni and his fee is unchanged at €100,000.

His three-year-old crop conceived at €30,000 yielded a Classic winner for the third time and the Prix du Jockey Club winner Sottsass is currently the joint top rated three-year-old in Europe.

Young recruits Harzand and Dariyan have both seen their first yearlings go through the ring.

The former, the 2016 dual Derby winner, is available at €8,000 at Gilltown while the latter - a Prix Ganay-winning son of Shamardal - is at the same price at Bonneval.

Normandy resident Zarak completes the five-strong roster and remains at €12,000. The Group 1-winning son of Dubawi and Zarkava covered full books of mares during his first two seasons at stud.
