Aga Khan homebred Ebendi to be offered at Goffs' one-horse sale next week
The son of Le Havre was a recent second to Order Of Australia at the Curragh
The Aga Khan's homebred Ebendi will be offered for sale on Tuesday in a single-horse auction online, Goffs have announced.
Ebendi, a three-year-old gelded son of Le Havre, got off the mark when landing a Killarney maiden on his second start in July this year, before finishing a three-quarter length second to subsequent Breeders' Cup Mile victor Order Of Australia at the Curragh in September.
The Dermot Weld-trained horse, who was due to be sold at the Goffs Autumn Horses in Training Sale but was withdrawn due to being cast in his stable, will be offered with a reserve price of €60,000.
The unusual sale will take place in a timed format, with online bidding opening at 10am on Tuesday and closing at midday.
Registration is now available online, while Ebendi's pedigree and videos can be viewed on the Goffs website.
