Sire De Grugy's father My Risk to relocate to Haras du Lion
Son of Take Risks also the sire of promising jumps stallion No Risk At All
My Risk, the sire of the five-time Grade 1 chase winner Sire De Grugy and promising young jumps stallion No Risk At All, will relocate from Haras de Victot to Haras du Lion for 2020.
Now in the twilight of his stud career, the son of Take Risks was an accomplished performer on the Flat, winning four Group races over a mile.
His runners on the Flat are led by the dual Group 3 winner and promising young jumps stallion No Risk At All, and another pair of Pattern scorers in Kontrastat and Barouda, while his jumps progeny include the two-time Tingle Creek chase winner and Queen Mother Champion Chase hero Sire De Grugy.
His son No Risk At All is noted as the sire of the Grade 3 novice hurdle winner Allaho and the £440,000 winning pointer Papa Tango Charly.
Francois Thomas of Haras du Lion told Jour de Galop: "My Risk represents excellent value for breeders looking to use a proven stallion at an affordable price.
"Many industry people in Western France have enjoyed great success with his progeny. That's why we're delighted to offer a proven stallion who is attractive to local breeders. He works well with different types of mare, and in particular, those from AQPS strains."
My Risk will be a €1,500 option for breeders during the 2020 breeding season.
