Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's five meetings
Thursday selections from Clonmel, Wincanton, Market Rasen and elsewhere

Clonmel
3.00: Shopping Around
This looks competitive, but Shopping Around is on the upgrade to judge from her course win in October and may defy a a 7lb rise, with the form recently franked by the runner-up. Sunnyvilla landed a hefty gamble over a shorter trip here in his first handicap and is respected despite a punitive 17lb hike. Big Debates has found a good vein of form and should not be far away. Hilltop Supreme is potentially well treated relative to last season's hurdles form.

Wincanton
3.15: Jony Max
The unexposed Jony Max has run well in both his races following wind surgery and is surely a winner waiting to happen. Although My Lady Grey went close here last time she doesn't have the most convincing of records over fences, while the same could be said of chasing debutant Bomber's Moon over hurdles. Therefore, Arc Of Bubbles, back up in distance, could be the danger.
Alistair Jones
Market Rasen
2.52: Malinas Island
Misscarlett won over C&D two weeks ago and can probably be relied upon to run her race again but it's hard to get away from Malinas Island, who was nicely in command in the closing stages at Lingfield a week ago and competes off the same mark here. Locallink, Amma Lord and High Grounds all have each-way possibilities.
Chris Wilson
Leicester
3.07: Miss Mulligan
The 4yo Miss Mulligan has obvious potential off her opening hurdle mark based on her Flat ability and she's preferred to Lime Drop, who won in good style at Worcester last month. Esme Shelby, West On Sunset and last year's winner Infiniti also arrive in good form.
Ben Hutton
Chelmsford
5.30: Internationalangel
The two last-time-out winners look the pair to focus on. A 2lb rise for Rogue Force's cosy Kempton win is very fair and he won't go down without a fight but Internationalangel is flourishing and the manner of her C&D win four weeks ago strongly suggests she can hold her own in this higher grade.
