A week that ended on a very high note for Joseph O'Brien with the National Stakes success of Al Riffa, started well when he introduced two more juveniles of real promise in a couple of maidens.

The Gigginstown-owned Harsh showed plenty in a maiden that looks likely to produce a few winners and was won by a potentially smart type in Ballydoyle newcomer Alexandroupolis.
