Ustinov can get in on the act with Tudhope back on board

The GoingStick readings at Haydock never cease to baffle.

In early June the course raced on ground described as good to firm (firm in places) with a GoingStick reading of 7.4. There have been plenty of meetings with different readings since, but yesterday the ground was given as good (good to soft in places) with a reading of 9.3

At this point you need to bear in the mind that it should be a case of the higher the reading the faster the ground and vice versa.
