US racing tips: Tom Collins makes a prolific filly banker material at Tampa Bay

Samy Camacho, the reigning top jockey at Tampa Bay Downs, has given up the crown this meet to old foe Antonio Gallardo by riding at Oaklawn Park and Gulfstream Park over the last few weeks, meaning the last-named now holds an unassailable 24-winner lead.
Gallardo has had a fantastic meet with 120 victories to his name so far with just over a month to go, and he can get another on the board courtesy of Dizzy Sight, who runs in the $15,000 mile claimer (7.00).
A $125,000 yearling purchase, Dizzy Sight made a great start to his career on the track with a fine second behind subsequent Grade 3 winner Mr Dumas in maiden special weight company at Ellis Park in August last year.
He disappointed next time but made amends at the third attempt when beating ten rivals over 6½f at Keeneland to win a valuable prize for trainer Rusty Arnold.
You would tend to expect a young horse to progress after a victory like that, but Arnold seemed to lose his way of thinking with Dizzy Sight, who was tried at trips ranging from 5f to a mile on dirt and turf on his next three outings.
He was contesting competitive contests and it was no surprise to see him attract interest when he lined up for a claimer at Gulfstream. Don Swick, not the most successful of trainers in Florida, picked him up and must have been encouraged by the effort of this four-year-old, who stuck on well into third.
Dizzy Sight plugged on for third again last time at Gulfstream, but that track doesn't look ideal for him and he is very interesting now that Swick sends him to Tampa Bay for an easier contest on the turf.
His only turf run to date came over 5f (inadequate trip) at Gulfstream, where he stuck on well despite being completely done for speed in the early stages.
The nap on the card has to be Queens Embrace in the $20,000 allowance optional claimer (8.00) for trainer Kathleen O'Connell.
If you have watched the US action on a regular basis over the last couple of months, you will recognise plenty of the runners in this race. The likes of Sugar Fix, Real Doozie and Volador have all been tipped in this column at one point or another but will probably bump into one here.
Indeed, all three of those runners have seen the backend of Queens Embrace far too often for the liking of their connections this meet.
O'Connell's improving mare has won all four starts this year and progressed up the ladder in the style of a smart three-year-old. She boasts tactical speed to get her into the ideal position, especially from her draw in gate one, and a potent turn of foot that is second to none in this race.
A recent breeze will have her spot on for this despite the fact that she hasn't raced in over a month and her morning line price of 2-1 is very generous given she holds almost all of these rivals.
