Local Affair was slightly disappointing last time but that came in an infinitely better race than the Enter ITV7 Tonight Novices' Handicap Hurdle at Doncaster (3.25) and she is worth another chance with a decent claimer taking 7lb off her back.
Prior to that effort she had run well at Aintree, and on that form she is handicapped to win what looks like a moderate race. As a four-year-old she receives 11lb weight for age from all the older horses and, bar Wakool, they all looked totally exposed.
