Shan An Shah has caught the eye over shorter on his last couple of starts and he can improve markedly now stepping up to 3m½f in the Betsafe Extra Place Race Handicap Hurdle at Doncaster (2.50).

The six-year-old kept on really well last time at Huntingdon when an unfancied 33-1 shot after looking likely to be swallowed up in the home straight, and even on that form he has a chance.
