Sizing Platinum takes a drop in grade 1.35 Ludlow

A three-time winner when trained in Ireland by Henry de Bromhead, this eight-year-old has been campaigned exclusively in hot handicaps at Cheltenham since joining Colin Tizzard this season and takes a big drop in grade.

Sizing Platinum was no match for the classy Fox Norton when second on his British debut in October, but had the rest soundly beaten and he followed that with a decent ninth of 17 in the BetVictor Gold Cup over a trip (2m4½f) that will have stretched him.
