Using the Racing Post's unrivalled bank of stats, we pick out three horses to back tonight based on trainer form, RPRs and, tonight's wild card, a jockey and trainer combination.

Trainer form

Kings Ryde
6.45 Stratford
Angle: Nicky Henderson's runners are in hot form

Nicky Henderson is operating at a 46 per cent strike-rate and he has two runners at Stratford this evening. The best chance, according to the market, is Kings Ryde who makes his chasing debut. He won twice over hurdles and the good ground will suit him well.

Ratings

Huboor
7.30 Chepstow
Angle: top-rated on RPR with improvement to come

Mark Johnston's filly should take all the beating in this maiden contest after finishing third to the exciting Summer Romance on debut. The winner subsequently went on to Listed success at Newmarket on Saturday and, with the runner-up striking too, the daughter of More Than Ready can go two places better tonight.

Wild card

Regulation
7.15 Stratford
Angle: jockey and trainer have a great strike-rate at the track

Bryony Frost has a 19 per cent strike-rate at Stratford but that increases to an eyecatching 43 per cent when she rides for Neil King. That pair are represented here with Regulation who won by an easy seven lengths at the track in May
