The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with two to follow on Wednesday
BANKER
Royal Ruby (1.10 Fakenham)
Impressive debut winner when landing a Southwell bumper on good ground in March and returns to the fray in what looks an average maiden hurdle. The son of Yeats retains the hood that was fitted for debut and he showed a bright turn of foot on that occasion to kick clear of two useful rivals. The second hasn't been seen since but the third fairly bolted up in a better race at Market Rasen. He should take this prize before going on to better things.
EYECATCHER
Magic Pulse (4.25 Kempton)
A lot went wrong for Ann Duffield's filly on handicap debut over the minimum trip at this course last month and she can make amends here under Adam Kirby. Ridden by Tom Queally on that occasion, she broke awkwardly, was short of room more than once and was carried ridiculously wide off the last bend. Despite all of this, she ran on strongly to take second behind a runaway winner and looks to have the necessary ability to take this prize.
