The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with one to follow on Tuesday
BANKER
Kawasir (3.55 Lingfield)
Roger Varian's son of Speightstown, who cost $400,000 at the Keeneland sales, ran a cracking race on debut in October of last year and looked a surefire winner in waiting. Having raced in midfield over the seven furlong trip at Kempton, he picked up well and stayed on stoutly to the line to come home in third behind an extremely talented winner. The second scored on his next start, as did the fourth who was only narrowly behind Kawasir. Given he'll have improved and grown over the winter, he looks likely to run a huge race on his return to action.
