The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with three to follow on Tuesday

Richard Hannon: 'Our apprentices are paid a proper wage, higher than the national requirement, even while they're riding'

BANKER

Sans Souci Bay(2.30 Leicester)

The early price of 5-4 about Sans Souci Bay is incredible and he should give Richard Hannon his 176th winner of the calendar year. Rated fully 19lb better than his high-rated rival, this really should be a cakewalk for the heavily-raced three-year-old despite the fact he has lost several lengths at the start in recent outings. He gets on extremely well with Hollie Doyle, who takes over today, and everything looks set to suit.

EYECATCHER

Sir Dancealot(3.00 Leicester)

David Elsworth's three-year-old was sent off the 5-1 favourite for Stewards' Cup only three starts back and has since contested two Group 2 contests, not being disgraced on either occasion. This drop down in class is a massive plus and the 109-rated colt has both the ground and distance in his favour. He comes up against an unknown quantity in Emmaus, but he hasn't run since this time last year and fitness would have to be taken on trust.

EACH-WAY PLAY

Black Truffle (8.15 Kempton)

This looks a poor contest but it's tough to ignore the chances of Black Truffle, who has been getting on well with Nicola Currie recently. Down to a mark of 49 from a career high of 67, the seven-time winner has been given a big chance by the handicapper to enter the winner's enclosure once more for trainer Mark Usher and this looks a golden opportunity. Magic Mirror performs well at this track but a price of 3-1 doesn't represent any value.
