The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with one to follow on Sunday
BANKER
Folamour (2.40 Chantilly)
Although there are just seven runners in the Grand Prix de Chantilly, they look a pretty tight-knit group on paper and the majority are regular foes who can be tied together through a couple pieces of form. However, to my eye, Folamour is the best horse in the race by a margin. A decent three-year-old last year who finished fourth and third to Kew Gardens and Ghaiyyath respectively on his final two starts, Folamour beat a couple of these rivals (Silverwave and Ziyad) on his first start of the season when landing a Listed race at Saint-Cloud in impressive fashion. He was then sent off favourite for the Prix d'Hedouville at Longchamp a month ago, but lost five lengths with a poor start before going down by a diminishing head at the line. He should have won that race and can therefore turn the form around with eventual winner Petit Fils, while confirming it with Aspetar and Gyllen, who finished behind him that day.
