The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tip on Sunday afternoon
IRISH ANGLE
Willie Mullins has won the Irish Cesarewitch three times in the last six years and with certain bookmakers paying up to seven places, you could do far worse than back Exchange Rate each-way. This lightly raced nine-year-old caught the eye when fifth in this race as the 5-1 favourite in 2018 and has been seen just three times since. He perhaps needed his first two runs this year after a 945-day break and given he raced wide throughout at Galway last time, you can mark up his effort. A mark of 82 seems fair and they wouldn't have kept him in training if he didn't retain his ability.
