The Punt Daily: Robbie Wilders' horseracing tip at Punchestown on Sunday
EYECATCHER
Slip Of The Tongue (3.10 Punchestown)
The eye is naturally drawn to Largy Debut in the 2m Listed novice hurdle at Punchestown but it is a real concern he bled when sent off favourite for a Grade 1 last time. If he replicates the form of his victory over Kilcruit on his previous start he will probably win, but I'd rather side with Slip Of The Tongue. I sense the Padraig Roche-trained five-year-old may be underestimated in this company but his two runs this season stack up well in the context of this race. He kept Champion Hurdle dark horse Saint Felicien honest enough in second on his seasonal return before finishing third behind smart pair Teahupoo and Quilixios. Slip Of The Tongue would have been closer but for fluffing the last and can spring a minor surprise.
