The Punt Daily: Jack Haynes's horse racing tip at Ascot on Sunday
Each-way play
Oceanline (2.45 Ascot)
This Alan King-trained four-year-old can run a big race on his handicap hurdle debut with drying ground a big boost to his chances. Oceanline is rated in the mid 80s on the Flat and ran with promise in three hurdle starts in the early part of the season, including when second to Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle fifth Too Friendly at Stratford. Those three runs came on good to soft ground and there is a good chance he will improve significantly for a sounder surface given some of his best runs on the Flat were on good to firm. He is fit from recent all-weather outings and an opening mark of 115 may not be beyond him.
