He lost his way somewhat in the winter, but excuses can be made for Mack The Man and his record fresh makes for pleasant reading. He made a winning return at Exeter last season off a 4lb higher rating on ground identical in description to this. He is dangerously treated for his return and this smaller field may suit him.

Wayfinder(4.20 Chepstow)

With form figures of 1211 over fences at Chepstow, Wayfinder can navigate his way to another course success under Ben Jones. He returns off just 4lb higher than his last winning mark and his record fresh leaves little concerns with regards to the absence. He goes well on better ground and with the cheekpieces added, he should prove tough to beat.
