The Punt Acca: Charlie Huggins' two horse racing tips for Tuesday afternoon
Razzam (1.10 Kempton)
Third when not without support for his debut in a four-runner contest at Bath in June and switches to the all-weather for his second start. The winner, Redemption Time, is rated 91 and the second was subsequently sold to run in Qatar for 32,000gns so the form looks okay. Razzam was slow away from the stalls on that occasion but was staying on at the finish so the extra furlong he faces here at his trainer Roger Varian's winningmost track should suit.
Global Assembly (4.00 Clonmel)
Represents David Christie and Barry O'Neill who combined to win this race last year with Ask D'Man. Only two lengths behind Cheltenham Festival and dual Grade 1 winner The Storyteller at Necarne in November before beating the Wearelongterm, who reopposes, at Kirkistown last time and he should confirm the form here.
