The Evening Punt: Tom Collins' free horse racing tips on Monday

BANKER

(5.25 Wolverhampton)

Ron Harris' mare bounced back to form after a year-long winless drought when scything through the field at Bath to win comprehensively in late September and it's fair to assume she has been thriving at home and is ready to embark on a winter all-weather campaign. She hasn't run on a synthetic surface since September last year and has almost exclusively raced at Bath in the meantime, but her record of 5-21 on the all-weather is impressive and she is now able to race off a 7lb lower mark. A three-time winner at Wolverhampton, Powerful Dream has been given the perfect draw in stall one and should take a lot of beating.

EYECATCHER

What Will Be (8.25 Wolverhampton)

Dual purpose three-year-old who has shown some improvement over hurdles lately and looks interesting off a low mark of just 61 now back on the Flat. Olly Murphy's charge showed plenty of ability in handicaps earlier this year, recording form figures of 4336 in competitive affairs on the all-weather and turf. He has progressed since then over obstacles, which is probably where his future lies given connections, but is unexposed over this trip and is probably the one horse in this race that could shoot up the ratings over the winter.
