Subject of a big gamble (16-1 to 11-2) when last of five on his stable debut for trainer Tom Ward at Lingfield 12 days ago, but pulled hard from the outset and wasn't beaten that far despite finishing last. Might have needed that run to get rid of some of his freshness after a 204-day break. Dropped 1lb and now back to his last winning mark, Tintoretto rates an interesting prospect at a course that will suit him better than Lingfield. The booking of Tom Marquand (replacing 7lb claimer Laura Coughlan) is a plus, while he has a nice inside draw so won't waste any energy tracking over. Granted a decent pace, Tintoretto can prove the strongest in the closing stages.
