Mick Halford does exceptionally well at Dundalk and has a few interesting runners tonight, including Arcanears in the 5f handicap. This four-year-old has only won one of his 16 starts, which came on just his second outing, and has fallen 19lb in the ratings from his initial mark of 87. He has been tried on all kinds of ground but ran his best race since the summer at Naas this month, staying on powerfully to take third of 18 on his first outing over this trip. He is unexposed over 5f and ran well on both of his previous starts here off much higher marks.
