Unexpected Depth can show the benefit of his first outing of the season at Ballinrobe last month to win the 2m5f maiden hurdle (6.15) at Sligo, a race which has attracted a couple of well-related runners, but few with strong claims on form.

The Gordon Elliott-trained Dark Decade is a half-brother to Albert Bartlett winner Martello Tower, and Philip Dempsey's recent recruit Rock On Aussie is a half-brother to Grand Annual winner Rock The World. However, they and the others could struggle to cope with Oliver McKiernan's runner who is relatively unexposed.
