Charlie Hills has a 23 per cent strike-rate at Bath and a 25 per cent strike-rate with two-year-old debutants. Zumurud, in the 2.10, is his only runner.

Mark Johnston has a 22 per cent strike-rate at Catterick and 15 per cent strike-rate with handicap debutants. Lightly raced Go Now Go Now contests the 3.00.

David O’Meara has a 20 per cent strike-rate at Leicester and that increases to 30 per cent when David Nolan is on board. They team up in the 6.45 with nine-year-old Chancery.

Sir Mark Prescott and Luke Morris have a 27 per cent strike-rate when combining at Sandown. They link up in the 8.10 with Tenzing Norgay, who is expected to improve for his comeback run.
