If Noel Meade can manage to reignite the flame in Tout Est Permis there must be a strong chance he is nicely treated off a mark of 128 on his first start for the stable in the Marlin Hotels Handicap Chase (1.40) at Galway.

On his first start last season, Tout Est Permis beat Brelade by six lengths in a beginners chase at Gowran Park. The runner-up there is now rated 139 over fences despite failing to get his head in front in that sphere.
